Built on, and works with
Five problems every YouTuber, Instagram creator and TikToker has in common. Here is each one, what it is costing you, and the exact thing in here that fixes it.
A video does 200,000 views and pays for a week of groceries.
Ad revenue on most channels lands somewhere between $2 and $5 per thousand views, and the platform keeps 45% of it before you see a cent. You are renting an audience you built.
Put a membership behind your bio link and charge the few hundred people who would happily pay. A hundred members at a small monthly price beats a million views — and it arrives again in thirty days.
Memberships · digital products · a store behind your bio link
You have 80,000 followers and a post reaches 3,000 of them.
Organic reach on a following that size is routinely in the low single digits of a percent. You did not lose the audience — you just cannot get to them any more without paying for the privilege.
Every buyer, member and sign-up becomes a contact you own. Segment them and send a broadcast that reaches all of them: no algorithm in the middle, no fee per contact, and an export button if you ever want to leave.
CRM · email broadcasts · exportable from day one
Forty people ask the same question in your DMs and you answer six.
Every unanswered message is somebody who was ready to buy. There is no way to charge for the answer, and no way to give it to forty people at once.
Answer it once and sell it. Point the AI at the video you already made and it drafts the course, the lesson text and the sales page; link it from your bio and let the funnel do the following up while you sleep.
AI course builder · funnels & automations · link-in-bio store
A brand pays you once, and then you start again from zero.
Sponsorship is the only income most creators have. It is per-post, unpredictable, and gone entirely the month nobody books you.
Build the income that does not depend on posting — memberships renew, courses keep selling, bookings fill a calendar — then run the brand deals through a pipeline that holds the money until the work is agreed, and let affiliates sell for you on commission you set.
Subscriptions · bookings · sponsorship escrow · affiliate links
Editing, writing, thumbnails, captions — the work behind the work.
The production tax is what stops most creators ever launching a product at all. The idea was never the bottleneck. The eleven hours were.
Point the AI at a video and get back a course outline, lesson text, a sales page, an email sequence, subtitles and translations in thirty-odd languages. You edit; it types.
AI on every paid plan · subtitles & dubbing · 30+ languages
Revenue and reach figures are widely-reported industry ranges, not a promise — what you earn depends on what you sell and to whom. Our own numbers (fees, plan prices) are exact and are on the pricing table below.
Everything in it
Sixteen things most creators pay four companies for. Here they share one login, one customer record and one balance — which is the part you cannot buy as an add-on.

Drag and drop it, or describe it and let the AI draft the first version. Sixteen templates, and the same editor makes your site, your sales funnels, your storefront and — from Pro — your own mobile app.
Self-paced or on a schedule, with lessons, quizzes, graded assignments and completion certificates. Teach live with chat and Q&A, and keep the recording where your students can find it.
A real-time feed, discussions and gated content, so the people who paid have somewhere to be that is not a comment section on somebody else's app.
Translate a live site page by page, and subtitle or dub your videos, without rebuilding anything or maintaining a second site.
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay — plus USDT and crypto for the large part of the world where a card simply is not an option.
Digital downloads and physical goods with options and inventory, and a customer account area where buyers find their orders, invoices and returns.
Subscriptions that renew on their own, one-to-one and group sessions that take the money when the slot is taken, and a tip jar for the people who just want to say thanks.
Percentage, fixed, free shipping and buy-X-get-Y, automatic or by code, with per-customer limits — and one discount can span every shop you run.
Landing pages, email sequences and rules that run whether or not you remember them. From Basic.
Every buyer, member and lead in one CRM you can segment, broadcast to and export — with nobody charging you by the contact to reach people who already said yes.
Referral links with a commission you set, and a sponsorship pipeline that holds the brand's money until you and they agree the work is done.
Point it at a video: a course outline, lesson text, a sales page, an email sequence, subtitles and translations come back. You edit; it types.
Revenue, enrolments, orders and visitors across every shop and course on one screen — and it says “unavailable” rather than zero when it cannot reach something.
Payouts through Stripe in 120+ countries on a schedule you set, with tax calculated, invoices issued and refunds handled.
Team seats with per-app permissions, several businesses in one workspace, and single sign-on for the whole staff on Business.
Your own domain from Basic. On Business the emails, the login screen and the member area carry your branding and not ours — plus webhooks and a developer API.
There is a good deal more underneath. The point was never the length of the list — it is that all of it knows about the same customer.
See what it costsYour phone has an operating system. Your laptop has one. Your creator business has been running on eleven browser tabs that have never been introduced. Kalmanjaro is the layer underneath them.
Everything in the top two rows is something you could buy separately. The bottom row is the part you cannot: it is why a refund closes access to the course, why the email that sells the membership already knows who bought the template, and why there is one number to look at on a Monday instead of six dashboards that disagree.
On YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram you don’t own anything — the platform owns your reach, your data, and your monetization, and can change the rules or shut you down without warning. On Kalmanjaro, your members, your content, and your revenue are yours.
Most creators end up paying four subscriptions that don’t talk to each other — a site builder, a course host, a community app and a storefront — before they have made a single sale. That is the thing we replace.
| What you need | How it usually works | Kalmanjaro |
|---|---|---|
| Start with no monthly feeBuild, publish and sell before you pay anything. We take 4.9% of a sale on Free — so we only earn when you do. | Course and community platforms usually start at a monthly subscription, payable before your first sale. | Yes |
| Site, store, courses, community and bookings in one placeOne login, one checkout, one audience list. Not a website tool plugged into a course tool plugged into a community tool. | Storefronts sell files. Community tools host discussion. Course platforms host lessons. Most creators run three, and none of them know about each other. | Yes |
| One builder for the site, the funnel, the store and the appDescribe it or drag it. The same editor produces your website, your sales funnels, your storefront and — from Pro — your own mobile app, already wired to your courses, your members and your payouts. | AI site builders generate a website. The course platform, the funnel tool and the mobile app are separate products with separate logins, and none of them knows who bought what. | Yes |
| You keep the customer listEvery buyer and member is a contact you can export, email and segment. No permission needed, no algorithm in between. | Ad platforms never give you contact details at all; some membership tools sit between you and your own subscribers. | Yes |
| Your own domain, and your name on everythingPublish on yourbrand.com from Basic. On Business the whole experience — emails, login, member area — carries your branding and not ours. | Common on the dearer plans; rarer at the entry tier, where you usually publish on somebody else’s subdomain. | Yes |
| AI that does the production workA course outline, lesson drafts, a sales page, an email sequence, subtitles and translations in 30+ languages — from a video you already made. | Increasingly common as a writing assistant; rarer as something that builds the actual product and its captions. | Yes |
| Get paid outside the usual card countriesCard checkout where it is supported, and USDT/crypto checkout and payouts where it is not — which is most of the world. | Almost universally card-only, which quietly excludes creators in a large part of the world from selling at all. | Yes |
| A platform fee that falls as you growWe publish what we keep: 4.9% on Free, 3.5% on Basic, 2.5% on Pro and 1.2% on Business. Card processing is the processor’s own 2.9% + 30¢, billed at cost. | A platform fee that never moves, on top of a subscription several times ours — so growing costs you more in both directions at once. | Yes |
Compared by category rather than by brand, on purpose: other products’ prices and features change without telling us, and a stale number next to somebody’s name helps nobody. Everything claimed about Kalmanjaro is on the pricing table below.

Publish self-paced courses or run scheduled cohorts. Structure lessons, drip content, and issue completion certificates.

Who it's for
A YouTuber, a teacher, a private tutor, a coach and a training company are not the same business. They all need somewhere to publish, a way to charge, and a list of people they own. Pick the one that sounds like yours.

You already have the audience. Turn the handful who would happily pay you into a membership, a course or a product — and keep their email address.
See how it works
Everything a learning platform gives you — lessons, cohorts, assignments, grades, certificates — plus the half it never does: a checkout, and the money in your own name.
See how it works
Bookings that take the money when the slot is taken, somewhere to put the homework, and one list of every student — instead of three apps and a notebook.
See how it works
Sell the programme, not the hour. Intake, paid bookings, a client area between calls, and payments that renew without you sending an invoice.
See how it works
Several brands, a team with roles, and a pipeline of students to enrol — with one set of numbers at the end of the month instead of four.
See how it worksPhotography here is illustrative. Nobody pictured is a customer of ours — when we have customers worth quoting, we will quote them by name.
A content side hustle replaces a salary sooner than most people think — not by going viral, but by charging a few hundred people who already trust you. This is the part after they decide: we charge the customer, apply the tax, and pay you out through Stripe into a bank account in your own name.
Divide the salary you want by the price you charge. That is the number of people you need — not a miracle, a number.
Put your own salary and your own price into that division — the arithmetic is yours, and we are not going to tell you what you will earn. What we can tell you about is everything after the moment somebody decides to pay.
Run a merch brand and a coaching practice from the same workspace: each keeps its own site, its own products and its own customers, and both settle through one Stripe account in your name. The balance is never ours to sit on, and there is no holding period we can quietly extend.
Example notifications — several brands, one payout account in your name. Not real creator earnings.
Three things have to come with you: the people, the product, and the address. Two of them are quick. We will tell you which one is not.
Export the contacts from wherever they live and paste them in, or drop the CSV. They land in an audience you can segment and email the same day — no waiting on an integration, no per-contact fee.
Nobody has an importer that moves a course between platforms intact, and we are not going to pretend we do. What we have is an AI that takes the video you already made and drafts the outline, the lessons, the sales page and the email sequence. You edit; it types.
Point the domain at your new site and publish. SSL is automatic. Run both in parallel for as long as you like — nothing here asks you to switch off the old thing before the new one works.
There is no clock on this. Free is a plan, not a trial, so nothing expires while you are half moved in — and a fourteen-day window is exactly how people end up paying for two platforms and using neither. Take the season you need; we earn when you sell, not before.
Bring your list over — free, with no clock on itA small subscription and a fee that falls as you grow, against a stack with a large subscription and a fee that never moves. Both pay the card processor. Put your own figures in and see.
$65 a month stays with you on Basic — $780 a year.
Assumptions, so you can argue with them: the stack is a course platform at $99/mo plus a storefront taking 3%. Both sides pay the processor’s own 2.9% + 30¢ on top, so it is in every figure here and it is not the difference — the subscription and the percentage are. Compared by category rather than by brand on purpose: other products reprice without telling us. Taxes, refunds and chargebacks are excluded from both sides.
No credit card to start. Upgrade for lower fees, automation, and scale — cancel anytime.
4.9% platform fee per sale
Publish a real website and start selling.
3.5% platform fee per sale
Everything you need to sell.
2.5% platform fee per sale
Grow a library and a team.
1.2% platform fee — capped at $610/mo
Run it under your own name.
Prefer to pay yearly? Basic $190, Pro $490, Business $1,390 — two months free. The percentage above is our platform fee — what we keep. Card processing is billed separately by the processor at its own published 2.9% + 30¢, at cost.
Is it really free to start?
Yes, and Free is a plan rather than a countdown — it does not run out and there is nothing to cancel. No monthly fee, your own website, unlimited courses and a member area, and we take 4.9% of a sale when you make one. We ask for a card when you decide a lower rate is worth a monthly fee, not before. AI, funnels and automations start on Basic.
What do I get by upgrading?
Basic ($19/mo) turns on Standard AI — 1,000 credits a month — plus funnels, automations and your own custom domain, and drops your platform fee to 3.5%. Pro ($49/mo) is Fast AI at 2,500 credits, adds your own mobile app, and webhooks plus read-only API access so you can wire Kalmanjaro into Zapier, Make or your own tools — and drops the fee to 2.5%. Business ($139/mo) is Advanced AI at 6,500 credits, adds automatic video transcripts and subtitle translation, takes the “Created by Kalmanjaro” line off what you publish, and adds full white-label, a read/write developer API and SSO — with a platform fee of 1.2%, the lowest we offer.
Which plans include AI?
Basic, Pro and Business. Each comes with a monthly credit allowance — Standard AI (1,000), Fast AI (2,500) and Advanced AI (6,500) — and you can top up at any time. Free has no AI at all.
What does a sale actually cost me?
Our platform fee plus card processing, and we publish both. The platform fee is 4.9% on Free, 3.5% on Basic, 2.5% on Pro and 1.2% on Business. The processor charges its own 2.9% + 30¢ at cost — so a sale costs 7.8% + 30¢ all in on Free, down to 4.1% + 30¢ on Business. Everyone publishes the platform fee this way; the second number is the one most of them leave you to find.
What happens if lots of people watch my videos at once?
They watch. We do not meter your students or cut a lesson off partway through — stopping a video someone is in the middle of is a refund and a bad review, not a limit worth enforcing. What each plan does cap is how much video you STORE, and that figure is on the plan above. If your audience grows to the point where delivery costs us real money, we will talk to you about it; we will not do it by breaking playback.
Can I pay in crypto?
Yes — subscriptions and purchases can be paid in USDT/crypto in addition to card, so you can transact from anywhere.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime. Downgrade back to Free and keep your account, your content and your customer list — you just return to the 4.9% fee.
What does a brand deal cost me?
Nothing. When a sponsorship is paid through Kalmanjaro we hold the money until you and the brand agree the work is done, and our 8.9% fee is added to what the brand pays rather than taken out of yours. Sign for an amount and that is the amount you are paid. Deals you only track in your pipeline are free.
Free is a plan, not a countdown: no card, no monthly fee, and nothing charged unless you say so. Build the whole thing before you decide anything.
Choose a template, customize your brand, and start selling. It’s that simple.
Zero risk. Start free — only a small fee when you earn. Upgrade to Pro ($49/mo) or Business ($139/mo) for lower fees and more power.
Unlimited courses, members, and revenue. Grow as big as you dream.
